WeClean is lead by Peter Malinis, Founder, Owner and President of WeClean Services, Inc & WeClean Franchise, LLC. With a background in Operations, Training & Quality Control, Peter has created a cleaning system that focuses on customer service, high quality standards, dependability and professionalism. This has brought strong financial performance and growth since its inception in 2016.
WeClean specializes in commercial janitorial cleaning services, and its teams are highly trained, insured/bonded, and receives unparalleled team support to ensure company success.
The franchise organization was formed based on a market analysis primarily driven by the WeClean Management team. From its inception in April 2016, the company has gained a great deal of industry knowledge and experience – which has experienced impressive growth year after year.

As a member of the WeClean franchise team, you will receive the following training:
Initial Training- Held at headquarters location in Racine, WI for one week, beginning approximately two to four weeks before the franchisee is scheduled to open for business.
Onsite Training- Held at the franchisee’s location for one week to assist in the commencement of operations.
Refresher Training- Franchisee must two days of refresher training twice a year.
