    Description

    ORIGIN STORY

    Opened in 2011 by Dave Thomas and Bryan Pritz, two former college baseball teammates who set out to create a completely unique experience in group fitness. One based on physique-focused strength, not calorie burning, not competition.

    2011: Founded in an 1,800 SF spare boathouse in Mission Beach, San Diego.

    2015: Filled rapidly, opened 2nd location in 2015*, then a 3rd in 2018, and 4th in 2019.

    2021 :Post COVID pandemic, decided to franchise after a successful COVID era.

    *This location was later closed and rolled into another location for geographic strategic purposes.
