The franchisees and their staff will look to build a relationship with each member to get to know more about them and their fitness goals. Members don't just get support from the Invincible Fitness team, but also from other members. Although Invincible Fitness provides amazing service and amenities, it is the other members and the social interaction and environment that differentiates this business from its competition.

While currently operating its prototype in Magnolia, Texas, as well as preparing to franchise the business for replication, Invincible Fitness has established policies and procedures that implement best practices while projecting 30%+ growth in a franchisee’s second full year in business. Through franchising, the company will plan to expand across Texas, and after saturation of surrounding markets in the Southern United States, will strive to become a national brand.
The business launched in 2016 under the guidance of fitness guru and entrepreneur, Gerardo Villarreal, operating as prototype location under the Invincible Fitness brand and system. It is staffed with energetic and motivated management and instructors who have been fully trained in all of the Invincible Fitness policies, procedures, and practices. In any case, all Invincible Fitness staff will offer assistance and do everything that is possible to help each member and guest to feel confident that they are welcome, appreciated.
Invincible Fitness delivers a strong concept that combines membership-based enrollment with the simple goal of offering a sanctuary to those who prefer not to be bombarded with the typical gym experience. Invincible Fitness will have state of the art equipment in the gym, a smoothie bar for members and guests, and we even see the potential to offer a line of white label Invincible Fitness products. The Invincible Fitness goal is to successfully replicate its prototype location and immediately focus on expanding through franchising.
The Invincible Fitness Fitness model is based on a push to help members and guests reach their goals. The main elements include 24-hour access, monthly weigh-ins, personalized workouts and diet plans, and post-workout shakes.
Franchisees will be responsible for selling the value of Invincible Fitness. We believe there is a ton of value in our membership and franchisees will be encouraged to replicate the pricing as stated above.
The physical location of the franchise model will be a fixed retail location that is simple in nature and operational complexity, but delivers an extremely rewarding and high-quality experience to the customer. The Invincible Fitness management team will use Gym Master to run the business and will have a drive to continuously improve the effectiveness of the operational side of the business.
Often times, fitness studios are opened by someone with a niche area of training expertise, but they typically lack the business savvy to run the marketing and operational side of the business. Invincible Fitness allows someone with a passion and background in fitness, to plug right into a proven system of marketing, administrative procedures, and management. This allows the franchisee to focus on the customer and do what they do best. The franchisees should have the necessary skills to manage the business as a whole and the Invincible Fitness franchise system will ease this transition.
The franchised units will range from 2,000 to 2,800 square feet of space and will be tastefully and ergonomically designed in a similar fashion to the existing unit. This space will house a gym floor with free weights and machines, plus showers and changing rooms, and a retail section where Invincible Fitness post workout shakes and other items are sold. Each space will be carefully selected but will vary depending on the location, space available, and other considerations.
A member of Invincible Fitness field support staff will visit each franchisee according to the follow- ing schedule:
Year 1 – Monthly
Year 2 – Bimonthly
Year 3 and Thereafter – Quarterly
It is estimated that Invincible Fitness will need to hire one field supervisor for every 20-25 franchises in the field. This is a relatively “de-leveraged” support model which should allow for the high quality of support and guidance provided to franchisees. The Franchisor will incorporate a formalized mechanism for ensuring quality control among franchisees that will be implemented by these field supervisors. Designated staff members will perform supervision of field support duties.
In addition to field support, members of the Franchisor organization will provide the services listed below. The Franchisor must assign a specific person to cover each of these support areas (one person can be assigned to more than one task). The names of support staff members who are officers, directors, or have significant management responsibility in conjunction with franchisees will be disclosed in the Invincible Fitness Franchise Disclosure Document. The Franchisor has the responsibility to assign a person/people to each task during the development of the franchise program.
Operational Support
Invincible Fitness will provide ongoing training and support in many areas critical to the success of the franchisee's business, including unit operations and maintenance, customer-service techniques, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines, and administrative procedures.
Marketing Support
Invincible Fitness will coordinate development of advertising materials and strategies for the benefit of all members of the franchise network. It will also supply franchisees with consumer marketing plans and materials for use at the local or regional level, and retains the right to approve all local advertising materials that the franchisee chooses to develop. Eventually, all marketing materials and collateral may be uploaded on to the cloud that would provide the franchisees the ability to download documents whenever needed.
Franchisee Purchasing
The Franchisor or its affiliate will negotiate quantity discounts on behalf of all of its members, passing some or all of these savings on to the franchisees. This will include elements such as apparel, business supplies, marketing materials and other needed items for operating an Invincible Fitness location.
Accounting/Audit/Legal
Reporting directly to administration, this department is responsible for the financial and legal oversight of franchisees. Invincible Fitness will be providing support and guidance to franchisees on how to manage their books, but they will ultimately be instructed to hire their own CPA for their individual business.
Ongoing Research and Development
Invincible Fitness management and leadership will continue to research methods and techniques for franchise operations (including purchasing and promotional schemes) that enhance unit-level profitability.
