About Us

Daddy O’Brien’s opened its doors in January of 2017 in Sugar Hill, Georgia. The operating unit has since become the hottest new destination in Metro Atlanta, offering national award-winning homemade premium alcohol-infused ice creams as well as family-friendly flavors with the flare and style of the modern day. Based on this unit’s relatively immediate operational success, Daddy O’Brien’s is now launching a franchise program. This prototype location will act as a proof of concept and training center for new franchise locations, which will maintain a similar look and feel (as much as possible) as the company expands into new markets.

To the customer: To serve creative, distinct, insanely delicious ice cream flavors for both adults and family in a warm, friendly Irish pub atmosphere. Daddy O’Brien’s is where friends meet, stories are shared and Ice Cream memories are made.
