It is our goal to keep up with new technologies and to provide qualified instructors for our students in the newest technologies who have the skills necessary to bring this training and knowledge to our community.

The AHE model is operationally simple and runs smoothly with a single capable owner/operator and some highly qualified educators. The business is simple enough and, with the training and support from the home office, provides for a very basic operational structure.

The American public and general perception is that the franchised education marketplace is strong and is well received. People support and agree with higher education. This movement and historical trend in our country will certainly support the AHE value and business model.

The key benefit of the AHE model is the basics of the operation itself. An AHE franchisee would benefit enormously from a system that could be grasped easily by an intelligent and motivated individual or couple interested in learning the business.

Qualifications
The best AHE franchisees will be great sales and marketing people and will operate with complete integrity in the education business. We ideally will find candidates who have some past experience in education or healthcare, possibly former teachers, but it is not critical that they have this past experience.
The skills that a franchisee will need to operate the franchised business include the following: Basic bookkeeping/record keeping/charting, basic computer skills, customer service abilities that include the ability to work with all types of people and manage difficult situations.
Some important qualities that we will look for in a potential candidate for AHE is their enthusiasm and passion for the business as well as their ability to manage the business with a macro and informed perspective.
